NEO300's hibernation mode is set to ON by default. Pressing and hold the AC button and then pressing the LED button to switch hibernation mode to OFF can solve this problem.For any questions, please contact support. Total connected device power should also stay under 300W. What kind of solar panels should I use to charge NEO300? The DC5521 input specification of NEO300 is: 10-19V DC 3.42A (Max. 65W). We recommend using solar panels with an open circuit voltage (VOC) of 18-24V. How to store the NEO300? Turn off NEO300 before storing. Keep it in a dry, well-ventilated, room-temperature space and avoid damp areas. For prolonged storage, please charge it once every 3 months to extend battery life and keep power available during emergency.
